The Artiste Clinic Policy

Thank you for choosing The Artiste Clinic for your aesthetic treatments. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking terms and policies before scheduling an appointment.

Booking Appointments

  • All appointments are scheduled online through our booking system.

  • A deposit of is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the day of treatment.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to complete consultation forms and ensure your session starts on time.

  • Clients must be 18+. Valid ID may be required.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

  • Late arrivals that require rescheduling will result in loss of deposit. Deposit will need to be repaid for the next appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in loss of deposit.

 

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless appointments are rescheduled/cancelled 72hrs prior.

  • Deposits may be transferred once only if notice is given prior to the cancellation window.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments.

  • In the unlikely event of a reaction or complication, please contact us immediately for support and review.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures prior to treatment.

  • If you arrive unwell, under the influence, or with contraindications for treatment, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

  • Photos may be taken for progress and insurance purposes. With consent, we may share results on our social platforms.

Aftercare

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided after your treatment.

  • Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes caused by improper aftercare.
